I’ve thought he’s looked very good in his cup of coffee to end the season. He can skate and he’s got a real heavy shot. Good compete too. Skill is nothing special, but I think he has a shot to push for the team out of camp next year.

1st NHL assist followed up by his 1st NHL goal tonight in game 2. Like what I see a lot, very responsible game and playing with confidence right out of the gate.

Seems smart.

The thing about his shot isn't just that it's hard(don't know how accurate it is). He rang one off the post from 35' away and the release was ridiculous. Super quick with no load up, or "tell'.

In contrast, another Wild prospect with a heavy shot, Beckman, telegraphs his shot, making it easy to defend.
