They already signed him last summer, so Dahlen is actually getting paid by the Canucks while playing for Timra this season.

Nothing beats trading high end talent for proven mediocrity.

This is not going to be Filip Forsberg bad but Dahlén is likely to become a good top six player. His talent has been well known since his mid-teens and he has a NHL heritage with a dad that is extremely supportive. I don’t get how you trade a piece like that for Burrows.

as far as I know Vancouver is getting more out of Gudbranson then Florida out of McCann and Senators out of Burrows.

hmmm that's true, but not with the Canucks organization though, can someone confirm this? cause if this is the case Dhalen is getting 2 paychecks, and i'm not sure if this counts as him playing for the Canucks.
