LVK broadcasts blackout NBCSN?

So during the regular season on Center Ice the LVK broadcasts blackout the other teams broadcasts if you live in the area claimed by LVK (ATT Sportsnet). I get that, although it's annoying. But now during the playoffs the NBCSN broadcast is blacked out in favor of ATT Sportnet. I thought the deal was that both the NBCSN broadcast and local broadcasts would be available, or does this happen everywhere, not just for LVK?

The shared arrangement are agreements NBC reached with Fox/MSG/NESN. They don’t have an agreement with ATT so thus in Vegas and Pittsburgh they are blacked out locally.

VGK is doing all 7 games with local broadcast team for the first round. (NBC didn't declare any games "exclusively" national. In part because as the "late" game in a double header, LV fans would be pissed to miss any part of game due to overtime in first game.)
