Well they don't have much time to shake off the crap from last night's game. This season could get real ugly fast if they don't pick this one up. Understand Schmidt is back tonight on D.

Let's just stop the first shot for starters and then go from there.

2 points out of 3rd last I believe. Hello Jack Hughes! We are excited to ruin your career!

I could watch a game like last night all 82 games of the year.

More times then not we bury them in the 2nd, and win it handily.

That was just parity in the league. Great game, great entertainment, disppointing outcome.

Schmidt or not, Vegas is a true bottom dweller. If they lose to them tonight, heads should roll.

Was gonna make my first post in the thread:

First shot? Second shot? or maybe it'll be the third this time

Losers of 5 of the last 6.
Coming off an embarrassing 3rd period collapse to your provincial rival.
We share a record with powerhouses like Arizona and Detroit.
Neither rest nor practice seems to have any positive effect on this team.
Back to back, Sunday game.

I'm not expecting anything but heartbreak again.

Eh, Vegas is among the top of the league in possession, they're just shooting like 5% so far this year. They're going to pass the Oilers easily if things even out, but we'll see if it starts tonight.

Won't be surprised if their shooting percentage goes up today.

Last nights game brought the passion out in me....then shoved it up my ass. Dont really have any feeling for this one.
Not sure I could describe my feelings any better. I will add though, I actually had nightmares last night about the game. I never miss Oiler games, ever. Tonight I’m thinking about just watching the Walking Dead tonight instead of PVRing it.

Most of the teams with fewer points than the Oilers also have fewer games played and could dump them down the standings with a single win.

Ding ding.. doesn't matter what they do this game.. win 100-0

Laying that coiler in the third told me who this team is.

losing is a virus, much like winning. The flames believe they're a third period team, and were. All this collapsing by the oilers over the years in situations like this... well, that's why GMS and coaches and players are replaced. maybe it isn't fair sometimes (this doesn't reflect my feelings at all in this case), but it's still necessary for this very reason.
