Yea yea, our favorite scape goat. (scape bear?) Give me another big and physical defenseman and I'll go along with dropping Luke. Until I see more than the skinny skating defenseman, I want him on the team. We have no other physical presence.

For depth and options you need either Schenn or someone like him on the team, I agree. He may not be an everyday player, but you usually have one or two of those on your team.
