Free Agency Rules
Alright, time to finally post these, I guess.
Free Agency will include - 2016 UFAs, 2016 RFAs, and all players on dispersed teams who didn't get drafted.
As of now, I'll do it all myself. If anyone is interested in being an FA agent, please PM me ASAP. You will need to be regularly active.
Teams no longer have possession of their 2016 UFAs. They're free agents, can sign anywhere they want, and offers can be made by any team. They cannot be traded.
2016 RFAs will have exclusive negotiating rights with their current team. No one else can make offers (no offersheets). If they have not been signed by the 2017 offseason, then they will become UFAs in that offseason.
Non-picked dispersed players are the same as current UFAs. No one owns their rights, anyone can make offers.
Please make all of your offers in one single PM. Include multiple players per PM. Give me their name, the length you're offering, and the AAV of the contract. I'll do my best to check in every couple of hours and respond, and I'll try and make some kind of public update daily.
You cannot trade UFAs or dispersed players once you sign them, at least before the first round of voting. During the 2017 offseason and beyond, you will be free to move them.
FA will close one day before trading. The hard cutoff will be July 4th, midnight CST.
Feel free to begin sending offers to me now. I'll let everyone know if we get another agent.
