Can it though? I mean, being told "I love you" means something, but yet, how is that actually doing? Yes, at the right time when someone really need to hear it, yes. But love should be way more that those times.

But yet, that is not what we are talking about. What we are talking about is the context of a relationship.

There are far fewer times when the above mean more than actually being there and doing for them when things need to be taken care of.
