I didnt mind him before he became the Head Coach, but now that you see his line construction, his resistance to in game adj or change, and his BS accountability that only seems to affect the fringe players, because he is too scared to make an example of failing vets...it just shows his inability to really make a difference. I think he is a good addition to a coaching staff though
