Hammer must be slightly injured. Otherwise why did we sign him??
I don't mean this in a bad way, but I hope so. I see no reason why he should be a healthy scratch. At least right now.I'm thinking the same thing. Didn't someone say he looked like he tweaked something against NYR?

Pretty sure I read earlier today somewhere that he was being held out for "precautionary" reasons. I would post the tweet but I can't find it now......
Well damn, that stings

Didn't he buy Shea Weber's house? My info is probably outdated but last I heard he literally still owned a home here. I would have put money that he was going to sign here in the off season. Can't blame him for taking both the money and the term though. I think Neal will have fallen off a cliff the last 2, maybe 3, years of that contract. Good chance that he is a future buy-out candidate.
He had a home in the Green Hills area when Weber was still on the team. Unless he moved into Weber's home afterwards.Didn't he buy Shea Weber's house?
As of about a year ago I was told by a few people that he still had his house. Now, I have no idea.My info is probably outdated but last I heard he literally still owned a home here. Not sure now. They just pass houses around, I think. Darcy Hordichuk probably still owns a couple. Ha!He had a home in the Green Hills area when Weber was still on the team. Unless he moved into Weber's home afterwards.
