    Peak Performers

    David Bolland (get well soon)
    Dion Phaneuf
    James Reimer
    Jonathon Bernier
    Jay McClement
    James van Riemsdyk (the winger)

    Getting the Job Done

    Phil Kessel
    James van Riemsdyk (the centre)
    Joffrey Lupul
    Mason Raymond
    Carl Gunnarson
    Nikolai Kulemin
    Colton Orr
    Jerred Smithson
    Tyler Bozak (get well soon)
    Trevor Smith
    Carter Ashton

    Needs to Step it Up

Nazem Kadri (ironically was doing it before he got suspended)
Jake Gardiner (on his natural side, will be better)
Paul Ranger (has not been AS BAD as those are saying)
    Cory Franson
David Clarkson (doing his job well - but offense would be lovely now)

Things that need to get better

    David Bolland
    Tyler Bozak.
Limiting our chances in the house, and hopefully lowering overall shots
    the turnovers

our PK. (a goal per game, not good)

    more. consistent. play.

Things that can stay the same

    our excellent goal tending.

    Season In a Glance
Lost 3 winnable games (that I can think of off the top of my head)
    ---Carolina
    ---Minnesota
    ---Buffalo

    Longest Losing streak
    3 games
    2 loses, 1 shootout loss.

    Longest Winning Streak
    4 games

    Shock And Aweables
    won 2 shootout games

    Steady and Stable
    --Powerplay & Penalty kill

    Corsi Watch
---have lost more games with better corsi

    The weird & unexplainable
---we only started losing to other teams, when we beat Calgary

    Player of the Quarter
Dion Phaneuf. guy is a stud

    honourable mentions:
    Bernier/Reimer
    Kessel & Van Reimsdyk

I think for losing 66+ man games due to injury, suspension or whatever, we're doing really well. We're heading in the right direction, and we can only get better.

    discuss, and add :)

Need a change behind the bench. Our performances recently could be chalked up to how thin we are up the middle right now, but we've been playing like this all season (though, to be fair, we haven't played with our full lineup once this year). Even with injuries, there's no excuse not to go out there and battle hard every night. I understand that you're not going to have a picaso-esque performance every single night, but we've had maybe 3 performances this year where I could say we were the better team. 3 out of 21 games where I can say we had a solid, hardworking effort and deserved to win. Not good enough.
