Me and a friend just got out of an EASHL game that we won with 5:29 left in quadruple OT


What's your longest game?

In NHL 12 me and my buddy played an eashl game that went 8 ots, it was ridiculous and exhausting. Game winner was a snipe from the slot by my friend. It was 2am by the time we finished I don't remember what time we started but it was long.

I've had a few that went to 5 OT

Sometimes it really does become a pain in the ass though..

'Oh, this is my last game tonight'
*Proceeds to have a 5 OT game*

The trick is to just wire it from the boards, pretty much anywhere'll work. If a player doesn't get the same exploit goal and your team is pretty good at covering those sweet spots, just throw it at the net. I dunno if it's true or not, but it seems like goalies play the OT with their eyes closed. More times than not, the winner is scored on some random ass shot that a goalie would've or could've stopped five times previously before OT.
