If he was a lefty he would be a replacement. We have Thomas, Cernak and Spencer on the right and only Masin of significance on the left. Not sure he can play his off hand because if he can't means one of Spencer or Cernak sits a bit.

I remember having him on my keeper league team, back when he came off 30 and 27 point seasons with Carolina. Couldn't stick as a regular in the NHL afterwards but should be good depth guy and help Syracuse (8 goals and 43 points in 64 games for Tucson last season).

Followed him at UW-M and sparingly throughout his career. Definitely looked like a promising Off-Dman. He should put up decent numbers in Syracuse and if called up here, won't **** the bed.
