I'm very worried about Hainsey with Rielly AGAIN.

You D-partner is so crucial to your success, Hainsey will drag Rielly down again like he did after the first 20 games of the season.

Thank Babcock learned a lot of important lessons last season, like he definitely learned for example about how he should let skilled young guys get into the lineup over players like Martin.

Hainsey though is a concern. He can be a useful player, but needs reduced minutes - especially on the Pk. Let Dermott take on some added responsibility there, he played on the Marlies Pk

Is anyone else really not concerned? Our defense should get better with Kadri on the third line instead of Bozak. JVR not being a train wreck defensively should also help.

We have some young bright spots on defense that should help reduce Hainsey’s workload and I expect a much better season out of Zaitsev.

This is the most excited I’ve been for a season since prime Sundin.

Hainsey's minutes come down to coaching anyway. anyone with a brain should have realized playing a 37 year old the toughest 5v5 minutes in the league and the most PK minutes in the league wasn't a good idea

How the fans think does not affect the players in the slightest- unless maybe there is a massive chorus of boos from fans at a live game. The players and coaches do not read this forum.

Once again it's the Cheerleader Crowd worried about what others think as if all of our opinions should be in lock-step to the positive side.
