OT: - Let's talk about movies and TV - Part XXV
Another season of Ozark drops today.
Watched "Our Boys" this week. I know it is just a show but relationships between Israelis and Palestinians in Jerusalem appear slightly more complicated than our Anglo-Franco story in Montreal.. to say the least.
Great line in the opening episode of Ozark:
There’s a saying in politics: never let a good crisis go to waste.
Just finished watching season one of The Boys on Amazon Prime.
Wow what an awesome show. As a note it’s very violent.
Yeah it's great. The scene with the dolphin
I loved that scene !
About to dive into S3 of Ozark.
I'm a few episodes in. As always it's a fun show.
The Deep is becoming a favorite of mine.
Until the end where Homelander became my MVP
Into Better call Saul, 2 episodes in. The full character now on display and operating.
Just finish it and it great, but now I have to wait for season 4....
I started Tiger King on Netflix... what on earth am I watching? But I can't stop. Not even Jerry Springer could script something like this.
I’m on episode 8. The brother is a terrible character imo.
Ya he isn’t a great character, don’t want to go in detail to spoil anything but I still feel that overall it is still better most show, every show has there weak link or issue.
In my opinion it's always been a fun show, but not a great one like Breaking Bad, Sopranos, etc. It's very good for what it is, with a strong cast. There aren't enough shows like it.
It only gets crazier lmao.
ZeroZeroZero is pretty freaking great so far. Definitely recommendable.
Do you recommend it?
Yeah. I realy liked it.
That therapist in Ozark is a classic.
her name is Sue
Just finished season 3 of Ozark, I loved it and I am looking forward to season 4, I am wondering if next season might be the end of the series?
is anyone using the cineplex site yet? they're releasing movies direct to TV now
I don't even know what I'm watching...I'm uncomfortable, yet I can't turn away
