Nah, I think Letang will be much better than he was last season. He isn't cut out to be a cerebral, calculated player like he attempted to be while trying to stay healthy and avoid dangerous situations. He's going to be playing his signature bat outta Hell style, treating every shift like he's down a goal in game 7 with the extra attacker. That's when he's at his best, but that's also how he finds himself on the receiving end of dangerous plays on a near shift-by-shift basis too. My concern isn't about his potential impact on the team, it's about his ability to stay healthy as age and injuries pile up, particularly as the season winds down and we get to playoff hockey.
