He plays on the first line even strength top PP unit and PK’s an insane amount since Sheahan has been out. Tip said he intends to cut his pk time down a lot once Sheahan is back which is tonight.
He’s an extremely rounded player. He can play all 3 forward positions seamlessly 5 on 5 and plays both special teams well and is our best face off guy. He’s a superstar.

Nice. Normally the Oilers are winded by the mid-season point, no more messing about now, they'll be conked out by December this year.
Man a team with someone like him must be a perennial playoff organization. How many Cups has he earned? Must be lots. Lucky team.
Or maybe it's a team game and Chiarelli destroyed the depth of the team.
Honestly, put Carey Price in the Oilers net and they probably would have made the playoffs the last couple of years.
But, you know, the rest of the team sucks so all Oilers players suck.

Depth? All Edmonton fans seem to do is mock teams that don't have a Forward duo as impressive as McD and Drai.
Carey? You guys couldn't fit him under the Cap. Then again plenty of Oilers fans mocked us because of his contract.
Of course all your players don't suck. But your team has sucked for the last few.

Um I do believe that Edmonton already had the Schultz first and traded him to the Pens. And at the time Schultz wasn't what he is like with the Pens now when he was with Edmonton.

Nahh... but most Oil fans can never seem to take any criticism in regards to your players. Which of course gets annoying after several years of you guys spinning your wheels.
I'm a huge Habs fan but I'll be the first to call out crappy play from any of our players. If you guys keep defending your star players uneven play then status quo is what you guys deserve.

Anyone who watched the 1st game vs the Vancouver Canucks got to see what a special player Leon Draisaitl is. Total beast mode.
If Leon's speed was a 87 last year on the EA Sports scale it is looking like a 89 this season. He looks faster.
