This is my first mock draft so if I make a mistake go easy on me.
Rules
No trades.

My draft pick list is final, unless you can present me with proof in the form of a link.

One team per participant.

The time limit for making a pick is 12 hours since it is only a 1 round mock.

Participants must be able and willing to visit HF Boards at least once a day while this draft is ongoing. If you will be away for a time you must give me a sequential list via PM from which too select from.

New CBA rules apply for all eligible prospects.

After you make your teams selection, please inform the next GM in your selection post (Example is “Boston is now on the clockâ€). Also, the best way to speed these things up is to send PM's (private messages) to the next GM that his turn is now.

All draft selections will be posted on the first post of this thread. Make sure you take a look here and at all other posts in this thread before making your teams selection as that prospect may already be selected. I will try to update this first post with all info as it comes but I may not be able to keep it current after every selection.

Detroit plz-

Just make sure I get the 29th pick, because the Wings are locked into that slot. I keep seeing drafts where we get the 30th. I know it's tough to slot them because it's not over yet, but we can at least slot the teams that are locked in, can't we? :dunno:

who do you want to put in 30th? Washington, Buffalo, Minnesota or Anahiem?

Until the Hurricanes get eliminated, it would be most fair to have them pick 30th. After all, the Red Wings were automatically placed in the 30th spot while they were in the playoffs. The highest seed remaining should be put in the slot for all intents and purposes.
