Only worry about this is that the Penguins got swept on this roadtrip, anything can happen.

why did they have to start playing well ahead of the California trip? Now I have to stay up late to watch...

Think we'll beat SJ and Anaheim and lose to LA.

We always do well against Anaheim, whether they are good or not. Think the Leafs will start strong on the road trip.

3-0 would be perfect and basically seal our almost sealed playoff spot, 2-1 is the most reasonable expectation.

A game starting at 10 or 10:30 is a deal breaker, for me. It's not a complaint, because I get how time zones work. There's no choice. But it almost makes me want to move to the west coast. Hockey from 1-11 every PM.

Huge road trip, we need to capitalize here. Every game is very winnable. Anything under 4 points would be disappointing but lets start with the first one. Huge opportunity to increase the gap between us and Florida, show up on time and keep playing/hitting/competing like they have been since the Canes game. Need Marner to get back to his normal self, he's been awful the last few games.

They should be able to beat all 3 teams however there is a back-to-back Thursday/Friday so expecting that is a recipe for disappointment. I think 2-1 is a fair bet and doable, anything less is just a major letdown.

The thing is bottom teams always play their best in March and early April. We have seen that plenty of times here during the rebuilding years.

The Pens totally underestimated those three teams and got swept.

The Sucks underestimated the Habs and the Sens and got swept in their eastern Canadian road trip.

Things like that happen in pro sports all the time.

Leafs should be prepared to use their speed effectively and find open lanes all game, and adjust if needed as these california teams will look to out muscle us

I dunno about that, I imagine Campbell is definitely playing the LA game and from what it seems like the guys on the team absolutely love him, so I think they'll try hard to win that one for him. Plus I trust him more than I trust Andersen these days.

I completely forgot about that :)

Makes me happy. The guys definitely seem to like Campbell a lot. Hope we win that one for him.

Love the West Coast trip I work until 8:00pm most weekdays. I can get home relax eat and be ready for puck drop.

Only problem is there is no game on Saturday or Sunday.... Ready for marathon video game days.
I love it too, I usually work till 10 or 11 and almost never get to watch games during the week.
