Thanks for reposting the Mikheyev vid, first time I've seen him. A couple of observations: good speed, quick, hard snap shot, drives the net well, protects the puck well, seems to see the ice ok and is aware of his teammates, though could be a better passer. Regardless, call me impressed. On the negative side, I hope it's in his contract that he never be allowed to grow a mustache while with the Leafs; kid looks like a poor man's 70s porn star with that scrag on his upper lip. Lanny would never approve.

Mikheynev is gon keeping his mouth SHUT. He aint doing the talking, just playing the small black puck and seeing. He might say like yes and no every now and then. But he ain't paid to do that. Marner and matthews is not worried, they gon just laugh when the man speaks. Its all good for the atmosphere and chemistry.
