You know what else is all on management? Bringing a team from the basement to playoff contention 2 straight years and getting better as they go. But sure, we can take this one loss and assume the management has blown it.This is all on management they did nothing to improve on the team it’s the same every year they know the weakness of the team and they do nothing
Highly doubt itBuffalo kicks there ass
yah it shouldn't count when the leafs lose/sOutdoor games shouldn't count. The ice is usually terrible, sometimes it rains and it is generally pretty boring imo
We can only hope that management knows something we don’t-that they’re confident they can re-sign him for a home town discount.Sure but asset wise if you now lose JVR and get nothing of what you mention for free, well, you've taken a hefty asset loss.

Market was soft for JVR. Return would be low.
Disagree. A 33 year old Rick Nash fetched a 1st++ despite a poor season. It was just a bad call by Lou.
How many 2nd rounder's has Lou traded away in the last three years.
Do we count our own rentals? I would say JVR and Bozak are a couple extra 2nds.
Since Lou has drafted 5 players in the second round in the last three years, I am not sure what your question is getting at.How many 2nd rounder's has Lou traded away in the last three years.
In which you have two prospects where if either one of whom were as good as the worst of the two players you just traded you'd be ecstatic.Bozak was worth a 2nd and JvR was worth a late 1st at the very least. Probably would’ve fetched a 1st + B prospect for the Leafs.
It would surprise me. Their record is only slightly better than ours over the past 10 games. To end up with a wild card spot the Leafs would have to fall off a cliff and Florida wouldn't slip at all.Florida is on such a tear.
Wouldn't be surprised if we end up with a wildcard spot.
