He may have intentions of "coming back" but the Leafs certainly won't care.

He should have been taken right after Ozhiganov. Whether you feel like Ozhiganov should have been higher or lower, Aaltonen really should have been right behind him.

Miro signed a 2 year contract. Even if he does come back in the future, voting for Lindholm would be a more valid on this list right now as would Brady Ferguson. They are at least in the Leafs system.
