Why is Broll still up here? He's not good at all....

He's been all right but terribly miss placed in the lineup. He's not a player you put with skilled guys. You put him in the bottom 6 lines to grind, fight and do the dirty work.

Awesome to see the full D lineup finally... so much better than last years

Good to see Orr back after a while as well

I'm looking forward to seeing our team push their extremely soft team around and show them the East isn't easy like they think it is... Western teams have such an unwarranted superiority complex

the Brolldolzer is always good...

you know its interesting, if you watched him closely last game
his hands are swifty sweet and he can make some plays
caught that myself

bare in mind NHL12 Broll becomes a SuperStar later down the road
he can produce offensively

(46) Broll – (43) Kadri – (12) Raymond
(37) Ashton – (11) McClement – (28) Orr

Add in Kessel and McLaren and that would be our best possible roster.

Also is likely our top six on D as well.

Real excited to watch the buds play tonight. I'm predicting some big hits and huge plays, leafs are gonna try and set the tone for the rest of this relationship and make sure it's an aggressive rivalry.

Also...I'm not sure where to put this, but I wanted to share these two videos I just found..

Pay back...

My boy Naz is gonna pot one tonight!

I've always had a soft spot for the wings....

I live about the same distance from both Detroit and Toronto...so I go to detroit to watch games so I don't have to take out a loan

Kessel is not available, so they really couldn't put him in the line-up.

Regular season the best line up with the Clarkson suspension is likely:

(21) van Riemsdyk – (42) Bozak – (81) Kessel
(19) Lupul – (63) Bolland – (41) Kulemin
(46) Devane – (43) Kadri – (12) Raymond
(37) Ashton – (11) McClement – (28) Orr

DEFENCE
(3) Phaneuf – (36) Gunnarsson
(2) Fraser – (15) Ranger
(51) Gardiner (4) Franson

GOALIES
(34) James Reimer
(45) Jonathan Bernier

Think it's time to welcome the Red Wings to the Atlantic with a proper butt kicking.

They already got welcomed. By Boston. And they kicked Bruins butt by winning 8-2 or something.

I think the forwards opening night will be:

JVR-Bozak-Kessel
Lupul-Kadri-Raymond
Ashton-Bolland-Kuly
McLaren-McClement-Orr

In a long run this will be exactly the reason that'll make us the better team than the wings evidently. In a long run is what I mean and speaking of. Wings will lose some of their older players and get worse. And that club has been so soft for years. We'll be able to push them around real badly. Real badly. I've seen a lot of their games in the west during these life seasons.

Any reason that Kadri isn't on the 2nd line with Lupul? Bolland is a great 3rd line centre and fits the mold/doesn't have the offence that Naz brings...
