Reminder that he started last year 5-2 with a .926. With Scott the highs have never been in doubt, he needs to find a way to minimize the lows. Here's hoping this is the season he turns the corner consistency wise

Sounds like a guy who was drafted seven years ago......Garrett Sparks.

You're right. I actually thought Bibeau "might be the guy" for the Marlies and then the Leafs. Didn't quite turn out that way but he's still young enough to be an NHLer. Seems like you can never tell about goalies.
Bibeau only had one good game cmon I knew sparks was going to be better but he was playing in Orlando iirc

funny to read page one and then flip to this one....totally different opinion on the kid. would love it if he could take the reigns from andersen when his contract is up so we dont need to have an $8 million goalie.

Can he make the world junior team or is it too late?

Hopefully they sign him to his ELC soon. His stock has improved since his draft, and it would be good to get it out of the way before we start worrying about him re-entering the draft.

How do you think he would perceive the Leafs as a team to stay with and get eventually a shot considering the state of goalie depth?
