Dude has taken a huge leap forward just like Wylie did last season. Given a C rating by NHL Central Scouting.

Tallied 4 assists tonight. I think this kid may be more than expected, definitely keep an eye on him. Currently sitting at 11 points in 18 games.

Really starting to break out. 8 points in his last 8 games, 23 pts in 41 GP so far. He's looked really really good. Following the same trajectory as Wyatte Wylie last year.

great start to the season, surprised he didn't get a look with Team WHL in the CHL-Russia series. He's 5th in the WHL in scoring for U-20 defensemen and 4th in ppg since he's played less games then all of those in front of him. Plays a solid defensive/physical game as well. Very interested to see how he does in Laval next year.

Why did Montreal waste a pick on this junior player? What’s his upside? AHL defender?
I think it was a good pick. Not sure if you watch Laval Rocket but he played good in his games this year and picked up a nice entry level contract soon after

Really like that hit sequence at the end. Seems like a tough dman to play against

His one-timer looks really good as well, and he's got a decent first pass too

I like what i've seen him as I haven't gotten to see a lot due to him being out for most of last season. He seems to have some decent offensive skills and is certainly a tough kid to play against.
