Calgary has a lot of pest/grinder types that can really come alive during the playoffs. Better center depth as well. However, I think San Jose is a deeper team. I'd go with San Jose in 7.

San Jose, fairly easily.

Calgary's wingers are horrendous. I don't care if they have good centers.

C - San Jose < Calgary
W - San Jose >>> Calgary
D - San Jose =< Calgary
G - San Jose > Calgary

The wing differential is what makes San Jose win.

Calgary. That 1-2 punch is phenomenal. The defence is kind of a wreck, but the SJ defence is really only one pairing deep and nothing to write home about anyway.
