Latvia and Denmark will be playing in next yrs, as either Germany or Slovakia and Norway will be joining Division 1 next yr
It could be Czech Republic (or Russia) who is going down. If Russia beats Czechs, or somehow Norway got points off of Russia, it would throw the relegation into flux.
Assuming Russia beats Norway and Czechs, relegation would look like this to start
Czech Republic 3 pts. +2 GD
Slovakia 2 pts. +1 GD
Germany 1 pt. -1 GD
Norway 0 pt. -2 GD
There is reason to believe that both Slovakia and Germany would beat Norway sending them down.
I think there is a strong possibility that one, or both, of those teams could compete with the Czechs. Don't just assume that one of Slovakia/Germany is going down.
