Pat Steinberg is saying that Hanifin’s agent Pat Brisson, and Hanifin are telling teams that Hanifin won’t sign with them and that Hanifin does not want to be a rental.

The leading team is Tampa, with the Panthers, Las Vegas and Boston in it.
