I'd say he's a borderline elite number 2. Still a top 10-15 corner in football IMO.

Another big addition for the Rams. Donald creating havoc up front with Peters and Talib covering is going to be a pain to deal with. Those are some interesting personalities but Phillips should be able to keep everyone in check as long as the team is playing well.
