Maybe if he's put at LG he'll help, but the Browns have a terrible o-line and couldn't find a spot for him. Temper expectations.
He was a strange pick. Joe Thomas hadn't yet made his retirement public, but the Browns knew they needed a LT. So they drafted Corbett, a guy they even said was a clone of their starting LG Joel Bitonio. They tried Corbett at LT, and he was terrible in camp. After that, they started trying him at every line spot and couldn't find one where they even trusted him as the backup.
