I'm actually thinking Finland might do well in this tournament regardless of having a lot of underagers. With Laine, Puljujärvi and Rantanen playing the obvious top 6 minutes it should be interesting to see how they are planning to use them (all natural RWs). Playing Laine on the left wing of Puljujärvi is the most likely scenario. Rantanen could also center first or second line, separating the two. They should give it a try and open up more possibilities towards the WJC. Still, a pretty good chance we're not seeing Rantanen in the U20 championships.

Rantanen will be in team Finland's roster, in world juniors if he plays to AHL.
If Colorado will assign Rantanen to TPS instead of AHL, TPS must release Rantanen to world juniors.
Because all liiga players have a clause, their contracts to play in national team.

It never was a question about AHL nor FEL. There's a decent chance he jumps straight into Colorado's lineup. Rantanen is one of the most ready players in his respective draft class. In which case they'd never release him. Nevertheless, things said and heard so far indicate that Sakic is giving him a tryout in the upcoming pre-season.

The game credits are gone on Fasthockey. It's 25 bucks a month for every game live and on Demand in the entire database. So it equals out to a much, much cheaper price for all of the content. It's a necessity for me because there's no other way to watch games from the NTDP/USHL, plus some midget AAA and tournaments like this throughout the year.

That's a lot of € for one week's tournament. Any idea how good of a quality Fasthockey streams are? Checked yesterday and the games would be played at reasonable times for European viewers. For example Finland plays all games 11pm Finnish time at latest so it's actually really tempting.

Expect roughly this quality:
