Don't say anything at all
Besides, rotating the Super Bowl among every NFL market would make the NFL the only league where every market is guaranteed to host the final round of the playoffs at some point due to the neutral-site nature of the event.

The final rounds of the other major leagues can't do that because the finals are split between the venues of the participating teams.

The league that has come the closest to having every team host a final round game at some point is MLB, where only the Mariners have not advanced to the World Series.

The league doesn't care about "droughts", they care about eyeballs.

The league is also not going to put their premier event in cities that everyone in the media and league offices is going to complain about and may also not have enough adequate hotel and convention space. "Fairness" isn't a concern, never has been. Surely you know this?
Not quite. If Cleveland put a roof on it or built a new stadium with one they'd get one. If they are willing to give it to Detroit, Indianapolis, or Minneapolis, they'll give it to anyone.

Having gone to Sofi this year, cool stadium, you really don't feel like you are indoors. Bit of a nightmare to get to and out of depending on where you are coming in from. But, that's an issue for a lot of NFL stadiums.

Members of Congress representing cities that have never hosted the Super Bowl could always threaten to draft up legislation sticking it to the NFL if the league doesn't commit to rotating the Super Bowl among every NFL city.
How many times have I heard that Congress can get involved? Every year since my birth.

How many times does that actually materialize? Zero. Zilch. And the ever-loving nada.

It was a thank you to the local governments for paying for the majority of the stadium. Give them an influx of tourism revenue to host a SB. One and done for them.

Surprised it’s LA again. Seems fast given that there are legitimately 9/10 hosts that you’d think would be on a rotation as host.

Those were all thank you from the league, none of the cities have hosted a championship game since and likely never will again.

Congress can't even agree on how to secure the southern border. What makes you think they could agree on something like this? They have a multitude of priorities that need to be taken are of first.

None of the congressmen/women from Florida, Texas, Nevada, Louisiana or California would be of any help. Throw in ones from Tennessee who's likely joining the Super Bowl rotation once the Titans new stadium is complete.

Also said legislation would never make it past the Supreme Court. The government telling a private enterprise where to host its events is massive government overreach.

The northern cities should be the ones hosting the draft, not LV, Dal where they have had them. Let Cle, KC, Chi, and Det etc. host them.

Cleveland got the draft a couple years ago. Tied it in with Canton.
Yeah, I know, so did KC last year and Chi/Phi before. Think they are going to Det next. But, that's where they should keep the drafts. Not in cities that would be part of the SB rotation. So, no Houston, AZ, Miami, NO, etc.

I remember hearing Bill Simmons talk about it awhile ago. From his experience going to them, he thinks it should be a rotation of like LA, New Orleans, Miami, and probably Vegas now (I believe San Diego was previously part of it). Cities with strong nightlife, warm, and not a nightmare to get around (although LA is) for centralized events like Dallas, Houston or Atlanta.

SF, LA, LV, AZ, Hou, Dal (just 1 time, but not sure it's much different than Hou is it?), ATL, NO, Mia, TB.

That's 9, and with Dal if they get more than just their 1, would make it 10.

Tenn is building a new covered stadium, so that would get included down the line. Not familiar with Charlotte NC. If they went covered as well to replace their stadium, would they be added to the rotation?

Any team up north that builds a covered stadium with city funds would get one as a thank you ala Det, Indy, Minny, etc.

Probably not. Its a nice city but it just doesn't have the nightlife and other things LA, Miami, Atlanta etc have.

I think the draft should be held in a huge corn field in Nebraska.

And Charlotte doesn't have much appeal for the Super Bowl.
