Would have said Nylander easily before this season, but now I think it's much closer. I think Nylander has more skill overall, but Connor is no slouch and he has shown an impressive intensity and motor that I haven't seen yet from Nylander. Also, Nylander is further along in his development than Connor.

Ehlers this year without Scheif and Wheeler- 60 pts

So not the impact you’re implying. Connor plays with a high motor all the time while Nylander’s motor is the NHL equivalent of an electric lawnmower.

Nylanders more of a complete player than connor is, but he isn't always consistent offensively. I think Connor produces offensive chances a little more often. I would take connor just because I know what I'm getting with him (offensive minded winger), although it is very close.
