I don't care where you live. That's weak for 7.5 million. There's definitely a Kurt tax on it.

Built in 1902 so not sure if the States is like in Canada but probably considered a heritage building being over 100 years old. Taxes along on the property are over $52K a year.

If you look at the bottom right of the listing, you see other houses in the area and a number of more expensive on smaller lots and smaller houses so not sure if it really has much of a Kurt tax. I'm looking at houses in that area and average price is 4-5 mill and nicer homes. There's only one house in that 7.5 mill range and it's the one you are talking about for 7.6 and it looks like it's on the same street as his. If you lived on the same street and they are selling Kurt Cobains house for a 2-3 mill mark up. You'd be dumb to not try to unload yours too.

That view over Puget Sound is gorgeous. But damn is real estate expensive in Seattle.
