Oh Lord... Leafs fans mad because Kronwall tried saving Matthews' life. You can literally see him extend his arm out trying to grab Matthew's back from the brink of going into boards.

Every time Matthews is hit legal or not. There will be some sort of reaction until he can prove he is durable enough to play in the NHL without being injured.

People saying "that is not boarding AINEC" are either hard of seeing or don't think boarding is an actual real penalty, because you can very easily make an argument that this hit is boarding, and that's coming from a Wings fan. Nevertheless, two minutes is all it's worth.

I think the vast majority here agree it was not a dirty play and most definitely not suspension worthy. 2 min pen at most.

Being a penalty doesn't make it a dirty hit... Kronwall didn't do anything wrong there... Matthews just not a good enough skater to handle NHL dmen.
