Even the old dog gets lucky once in a while. While he has shown flashes of his high skill level in Syracuse, he has not shown then enough to warrant the full time starting position at the AHL level. Hopefully, during this off season, he gets his head on straight and realizes the way to the NHL starts in the AHL by proving to the naysayers (like myself) that is is not only ready, but fully capable of handling the workload. Show me that, and I will believe. Continue to have the extreme hot and cold streaks that you do, and the organziation can wave to you as you leave after this next season.
