Despite their various struggles at times this year, I think Kempny and Jensen are capable of giving the Caps a solid overall D. Kempny appears fatigued, maybe because of his lack of offseason skating, but we know his upside is Cup capable. Jensen appears to be improving incrementally over the last few weeks.
