He is eligible
he’s available but I doubt Seattle takes him.
He is eligible
Great start for the Lindy boy Linderson2 more goals today. 4 goals in 3 games. Good start.
No,give him time to develop as a center in the AHL rather than repeat the failed Gaudette experiment. He should be called up.
He should be called up.
2 points yesterday. How has he been the last 2 weeks?
Good offensively. Some growing pains switching to center defensively. Needs work on his faceoffs. How has he been the last 2 weeks?
I noticed Lind often takes face offs left handed. He seems to win those pretty often. He’s a nasty player, and wouldn’t be fun to play against like so many of the guys we have on the big club.Good offensively. Some growing pains switching to center defensively. Needs work on his faceoffs.
There are some good post-game reviews on Lind in the Utica threads.
This is actually an encouraging sign....maybe it means the Canucks are running up the white flag on the rest of the schedule and he might actually get into some games.

Same for guys like Rathbone, DiPietro, Michaelis and maybe even Gadjovich.....an opportunity to figure where they're at with really nothing on the line.
There's no fans in the building.....the rest of league could care less what happens in VanCity.....they're hopelessly out of the playoff race. If there was ever a season to fold the tents and play the kids, it would be this one. This is actually one sorry season where nobody would even blame the Canucks if they 'tanked' in the last 19 games. You can hope, but historically they have never done this. Even in years where they were terrible, they would only burn off a contract year for "fan entertainment."

But sadly, you're probably right. Even after the Canucks go through their extended COVID schedule break, they'll trot a veteran lineup out there in garbage time and do nothing more than jeopardize their draft position.

I think its more of he's healthy and doesn't have covid so he can get through his 7 day quarantine and be available to play if the team isnt healthy when the Canucks resume their season. This is actually an encouraging sign....maybe it means the Canucks are running up the white flag on the rest of the schedule and he might actually get into some games.

The dynamic you are missing is there was a small chance of losing these players. Also these players were good enough to play in NHL all season. The mistake might have been that Boeser and Hughes did not play whole year in Nhl, both did not have great university years. Gaudette last deal shows it does not matter if you lose a marginal players year. Burning a year is the right thing to do for obvious star players and it does not matter for marginal players. Hope Lind gets a chance. Gaudette is not a player on a good team, we have a hole in bottom 6 still.I agree this is the ONE season to tank, but than I said that 6 tweets ago, and here we are.
I was one of very few people that absolutely hated the fact that we burned off a contract year for Boeser, Gaudette and Hughes in seasons that we were completely eliminated from the playoffs, just to appease the fans and "have something to look forward to." Burning a contract for 5 or 9 games is a bad cap move. You need to get a full season like Petterson did.
You only burn seasons for a playoff bound team, because it's like getting an extra player for the playoffs. Colorado did that with Makar.
The Canucks also trotted out Markstrom the last couple seasons when they were mathematically eliminated, when they should have played Demko.
Lind plays heavier and nastier than Gaud. He might be more effective in a bottom six role than Gaud. If the team plays more games this year we should see Lind a lot.The dynamic you are missing is there was a small chance of losing these players.
