So thinking of shaking things up as I seem to have hit a plateau. A few buddies of mine have suggested the Warrior Shredding program through Kinobody. Generally I stay far away from things like this, but reading up on it, and it doesn't look too bad. Anyone ever tried it, or know someone who has?

I personally don't put any stock into websites that are built like that, or programs that are presented like that and require one to purchase the ebook that is full of allegedly secret information.

Tbf I didn't look into this beyond reading the website.
