So, what can you tell me about him? Strengths, weakness? How is his skating an do you think, his playing style is well suited for Europe?

He was the bane of our existence while under Dale Hunter.

I'd say in NHL terms he's an inadequate offensive 4th liner, what that'd mean in a lesser league I couldn't tell you. He use to be a good point producer in the AHL but that was quite awhile ago so I'd expect him to probably fill a lesser scoring role as long as he can stay healthy.

I don't know about the style of play in Switzerland, but Giroux couldn't find himself in the KHL due to skating and I think Coiner would have the same problems.

That said, he's got great hands and vision, so he'll be of use anywhere.

His play, however, seems to have fallen of a good bit:
2011-12: 70 points in 43 AHL regular season games
2012-13: 37 points in 34 AHL regular season games
2013-14: 43 points in 62 AHL regular season games
