I thought this was pretty cool. Seems like such a small thing but they come up knowing they aren't going to play and their only responsibility is getting comfortable.
The point is that when the time comes that they're going to be needed, they'll be ready. Again, it seems like such minor things but knowing where to park and which entrance to enter in the rink/practice facility are things that these players won't need to worry about when the time comes for them to perform.
