Well, if I'm sitting here today having to make a decision I go with Sergachev. He's obviously been better than EK this season.
Here's the rub; is it a down year for EK or is this EK-2.0 after his significant ankle surgery. So I would play it safe and go with the undamaged kid. Cost comes into play too. EK is going to get paid a lot of money.
Gimmie a year and I may have a completely different opinion though.

Karlsson, but I wouldn't trade Serg for him. The question says next ten years but for Tampa who already has money tied up in franchise players like Stamkos and Hedman, we wouldn't afford Karlsson in two years.

10 years of EK>10 years of Serg>>2 years of EK

Karlsson, lets put it this way, for the next 10 years, if i have a solid team, adding a game breaking talent like Karlsson will put my team over the top and help me win atleast 1 stanley cup. Sergachev is still an unknown..
