Offense and PP more than even before was generated by him making passes. Not having a classic center or playmaker across from him a whole lot lead that way.

To be fair he was on pace for it again. Not his fault shortened seasons come in.

Realise that could affect other players too but it is still a fact.

Bummer but he either looked gassed or completely disinterested for the last half of the season. The terrible PP didn't help.

Season was 56 games. He scored zero goals in the last 12 games of the season. He scored 4 goals in the last 28 games (second half of season).

He did rack up a lot of apples.

Gotta be hand/wrist related. His skating looked fine when he actually tried and if his hand or wrist were hurting him that would explain why he floated even more than usual and avoided contact.

Not to mention the lack of goals from him this year on a per game basis. Wasn’t that his worst goals per 82 season since his rookie year?

I'm guessing it was a severe case of duntgivafuk, which is brought about during national pandemics and team rebuilds.

Dude, he played every single game, significant minutes and was a locker room leader. He had 30+ primary assists. He said he had a "little issue" since the bubble which bothered him more some days than others, but it did bother him and he did not take any time off. How is that not giving an F?

Kansas said that there was an issue(physical ) he was dealing with since last playoffs....both his shooting% and goalsper game were down from nornal levels...perhaps this issue was affecting his shot or his skating so as not to be in more open space for shots?

Whatever....going only 2 goals in kastc22 GO .....sonetbing obviously must have affected him...the shots did get off lacked velocity and his usual accuracy in the last half of this season.
