Lol. A black hole offensively that Collotin insisted on playing up the lineup.

Best bottom 6 player by raw on-ice impact the Hawks have had the last several years.

Spent more time against elite competition and did better against it than anybody else on the roster.

Should have been kept, will do well in Toronto. Exactly what they, and really any team, needs in the bottom 6.

Kampf was a good 4C, just might've played a bit too many minutes because of the depth chart but that's not his problem...like when Kruger was playing 2C, its on the management team and coaching staff to make sure players are utilized correctly

Leaf fan here.

Honestly I have no f***ing clue what to expect from this guy. Can someone fill me in?

cheers
PK specialist and can go 55% on faceoffs. Defensive forward gem and good teammate. Functional grinder!

A few Hawks fans call him an offensive black hole. I'm not going too. He's a good fourth liner.

how the hell did we get zero assets in return for a player that a team wanted to acquire for a long time that was an rfa...
I'm sure he was showering Bowman with offers the last 2 years. Bowman should have grabbed those "future considerations" dangling in front of him.

Good defensively but not a huge offensive upside. The kind of guy you want to start in your d-zone as much as possible. Good penalty killer. He does seem to get scoring chances but struggles to put them in so he might have a year with some lucky bounces. Very hard worker that your coach will use to help shut down your team's toughest competition.

Our coach used to have him on to start 3 v 3 overtime to start. If he won the draw, he'd scooch off in favour of Patrick Kane as Kampf was the only guy who could win a draw with Kamp out. He's a low key guy that you will appreciate having on your team for his hard work but the meatballs will complain that he doesn't score.

Very cute dog.

Kampf? 50 pts potential? Not a chance. In fact, his offense has digressed over the years and it was poor to begin with. Good wheels though and effective on the PK.
Jc said that one time or something close to it.
