I think you meant the NHL , but you're spot on IMO. I'm not even that sure he'll be able to cut it at the AHL level but I'd expect him to get an ATO for the balance of the season, anyways.

If he plays well enough, he'll probably get picked up on an ECHL deal in the off-season.
