Trading Tlusty for Paradis was nothing short of Pejorative Slured. On the same level as the Rask trade. For all the bad trades the Leafs have made over the years those are the two that are unexplainable to me. I'm not a big Ron Wilson basher but I blame the Tlusty trade solely on him

Yup:

Seguin
Hamilton
Tlusty
Rask

Oh well. You win some, you lose some I guess.

You gotta remember that Tlusty is playing with Staal and Semin over there. It's not like he's doing this alone. I really am indifferent to losing him, he's a decent player but certainly not a huge catch that we let get away.

yesterdays NHL three stars were ether drafted by the Leafs or were originally Leafs

Nazem (The Dream) Kadri

Jiri Tlusty

Jonas Gustavsson (The Monster)

I think the Leafs draft pretty well, but have hard time developing players

you're in a group of very few people i would say

beyond weekly streaks and so on, is there anybody in the past decade that has been drafted by the leafs that are perennially in the top tier of a category?

few and far between, but, the past is the past in my opinion, there's always time to right the ship
