I would guess this is the end for him. He's not going to be ready at any point in 2021. Come 2022, he will be 39 with 1 start under his belt since 2019 ended.

Sorry to bump this but apparently Verlander wants to pitch at some point in 2021. Click said everything is on the table but also admits it's a aggressive timetable. Is it even possible and is it stupid of Verlander? If he comes back to soon, any chance he further damages his elbow?
