He's already one of the better offensive dmen in the league. The way he jumps into the rush or sneaks in from the blue line is just awesome. He may sometimes pick the wrong times to pinch or gets caught up ice for an odd man rush against, but he's still young and I'm sure that with experience, he'll learn better when to pinch/join the rush and when to stay back.

and I think he has greatly improved his decision making on when to jump up in the play also

He's been a lot better lately. He was really pissing me off earlier this year with his awful pinches and nonchalant defending.

But yea, he's really turned it around lately and it's been nice to watch.
