If he's found guilty throw him out of the league. This is MLB not the NFL!

Well maybe they should start before it gets out of hand like the NFL.They didn't kick Addison Russell out, so they're probably not going to kick Urias out, either.
If it was something petty yes I'd agree with you but to me hitting a woman isn't petty. That'd be just stupid. Hopefully he learns from this and becomes a better person.

I said if he was found guilty. Which apparantly he's not so he can stay. But hitting a woman should not be tolerated.Turns out the attempt was to restrain the woman, not strike her.
But kick him out of the league!

How is that guilty until proven innocent. I'm just saying some of these stories are blown out of proportion. But yet IF found guilty the MLB shouldn't tolerate it like the NFL does. The "if found guilty" part was just a throw-in so that it would make it look like you weren't jumping into conclusion. You have that guilty until proven innocent mentality, which is petty.

Whatever I thought I gave my self wiggle room so I dont care.Instead of just saying along the lines of "I hope he's innocent", you were ready to crucify him. But, but you said "if found guilty"!! Of course he would've deserved an extreme punishment if he was guilty. But your guilty until proven innocent mentality bugged me.
And what do you mean the NFL tolerates domestic violence? Ray Rice never played a game again.
