I think 3 years for say, $22M per year, is totally reasonable. Sure, he's had a really good season after a slow start, but he's going to be 34 to start next season. I wouldn't go more than three years even though some team might give him four.

I could see 3 x 25. It took a longer process for JD but he'll end up with his big $100 pay day. Stay productive and he'll get a few more years at good money.
