Ok sure I guess
You never know. Maybe we find another Joe Pavelski
Vorobyev should be coming up i assume
Well it's not like this is the worst trade Fletcher has ever made with the Arizona Coyotes
God I just made myself a sandwich on my counter where I clearly didn’t wipe all the way clean after I washed it. Soap doesn’t taste good on a sandwich.
This deals reminds me of that sandwich story. Nobody gives a ****. Move on. Goodbye weal. You suck.
I'd love that guy on this team.
i will take literally anyone who shoots the puck. gimme ****ing brandon pirri at this point.
a late 4th or maybe a 5th? He is a tweener on a good hockey team. I dont get the need to get upset over this deal. He is a low end bottom 9 forward. Call up Misha or NAK and lets see what they can do in a no pressure situation
What’s the story with this Graves kid...
Maybe Hextall was dealing with other bad GMs who somehow overvalued those players. I would rather play a kid in LV than Jordan Weal. I dont hate the guy, hell he helped Manchester get the Calder Cup. Just would rather use his spot on a prospect
Two of those trades (Marody and Cousins) with were also with Arizona
He’s a nobody, just a body going the other way to even out the contracts. He was signed as an overeager out of the OHL a few years ago & now is on his third team. He split his first two years as a pro between the AHL & ECHL while this year he’s just been in the ECHL & that’s where the Flyers have assigned him to again.
Arizona needed to make room on its roster for acquiring Weal. Graves apparently is headed to Reading (ECHL). He was an undrafted free agent signing of Columbus in 2016. The Coyotes acquired him last summer. He is a right-handed shooting defenseman. Other pertinent info has been added to the OP.
Smallish, skilled, good possession player. Profile doesn’t fit with hockey guys.
Watching graves fights on YouTube he seems like the ECHL version of Brandon Manning, getting he’s head beat in. Graves is an RFA at seasons end, shouldn’t be qualified.
I am obviously in the minority here but I really like Weal’s game and felt like he deserved more time on the ice. He is under sized but he was quick and a very good passer. One of the few playmakers that had success skating the puck in the zone. I would prefer Weal over half the forwards on this team. Anyway....good luck Wealer.
What does this mean? Republicans like him on offense and Democrats like him on defense?
Typical minor deal, but cool, something happened!
Never really cared about. Him being on the team didn't bother me but I won't miss him either.
Typical, replaceable depth player.
Marody was traded for a third, so that counts as a to me
We got spoiled by getting better value for lesser guys. I will take a lil undervalue on this deal as long as we win the big deals!
They will be the one that matter.
